INTERNACION PARA ENFERMO MENTAL PERMANENTE. Al inimputable por enfermedad mental permanente se le impondrá medida de internación en establecimiento psiquiátrico o clínica adecuada, de carácter oficial, en donde será sometido al tratamiento científico que corresponda. Esta medida tendrá un mínimo de dos (2) años de duración. Vencido este término podrá sustituirse por libertad vigilada, previo dictamen médico psiquiátrico.
