Servicio de transporte en las zonas diferenciales corresponde al alcalde en el evento que la zona diferencial se encuentre dentro de la jurisdicción del municipio, sin perjuicio de la inspección vigilancia y control que corresponde a la Superintendencia de Transporte. Cuando la zona diferencial corresponda a un grupo de municipios corresponde a la Superintendencia de Transporte.
