Inspección, vigilancia y control del Sistema Único de Habilitación. La inspección, vigilancia y control del Sistema Único de Habilitación, será responsabilidad de las Direcciones Departamentales y Distritales de Salud, la cual se ejercerá mediante la realización de las visitas de verificación de que trata el artículo 2.5.1.3.2.15 del presente Título, correspondiendo a la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud, vigilar que las Entidades Territoriales de Salud ejerzan dichas funciones.
