Para que las obras estén terminadas el 24 de diciembre de 1945, fecha del centenario, o con posterioridad, se apropiara en el presupuesto de rentas y gastos de la próxima vigencia o de las vigencias venideras, la suma de ciento veinte mil pesos ($ 120.000.00).
