ARTICULO 21. División Policía Cívica de Participación Ciudadana. Son funciones de la División Policía Cívica de Participación Ciudadana

Fijar la política para la organización y funcionamiento de la Policía Cívica a nivel nacional.

Coordinar y supervisar el funcionamiento de la Policía Cívica a nivel nacional.

Determinar los criterios para el fortalecimiento y crecimiento de las organizaciones departamentales y municipales de Policía Cívica.

Evaluar los resultados de los planes y programas cumplidos por la Policía Cívica.

Las demás que le determinen la ley y los reglamentos.
