La Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores trasmitirá á la de Hacienda y á la Oficina general de Cuentas los datos que contengan los informes que los Ministros públicos deben dirigirse, según el artículo 14 de la citada ley, y que puedan ser útiles para el mejoramiento de las rentas y para el examen de las cuentas de los Cónsules.
