Art. 2° Se consideran igualmente como defraudadores de la renta de timbre, los empleados públicos que dejen de usar las estampillas de la clase correspondiente en los actos, documentos ó diligencias que deban estar provistos de aquéllas, conforme al Decreto mencionado ó a las leyes que lo adicionan ó reforman.
