La enseñanza se dictará siguiendo el programa respectivo; la enseñanza práctica consistirá especialmente en trabajos sobre el terreno, en los laboratorios, en redacción y dibujo de proyectos, informes sobre visitas a fundos agrícolas y sobre excursiones científicas, en ejercicios de meteorología práctica (lecciones y conferencias), especialmente para los Ingenieros agrónomos.
