° Para atender a los gastos e inversiones que demande la ejecución de las obras a que se refiere este Decreto, el Banco de la República dispondrá de las sumas que reciba de las entidades relacionadas en el artículo cuarto, y si éstos fondos no fueren suficientes, el excedente lo tomará del remanente de la explotación de las salinas, con cargo a la cuenta del Gobierno Nacional.
