La divulgación de los concursos, tanto de ascenso como abiertos, se hará de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 6 del Decreto - ley 1222 de 1993, con una antelación no inferior a cinco (5) días hábiles a la fecha de iniciación de las inscripciones. En los avisos de prensa, radio o televisión se dará la información básica del concurso y se informará a los aspirantes los sitios en donde se fijarán las convocatorias.
