Inmediatamente entre en vigencia esta Ley, el Gobierno Nacional, por conducto del Ministerio de Hacienda, procederá a devolver al departamento de Bolívar, la suma de $14.338.60, cantidad que esta entidad consigno en la caja de la aduana de Cartagena, en calidad de depósito, como valor e diez (10) días de bodegaje de 2.633 gruesas de envases de vidrio, que llegaron al terminal Marítimo de Cartagena, y que oportunamente fueron exoneradas de derechos de importación, por pertenecer al mismo departamento de bolívar estos envases.
