El régimen sancionatorio aplicable ante el incumplimiento de las medidas de atención en salud a las personas víctimas de ataques con sustancias o agentes químicos corrosivos a la piel establecido en la presente ley, será el establecido en la Ley 1438 de 2011 y en las disposiciones que la modifiquen o subroguen.
