Art. 6. o A las parroquias que al tiempo de la publicacion de esta lei estén reedificando sus iglesias parroquiales, por haber sido enteramente destruidas, podrá así mismo auxiliárselas con el producto del diezmo de la parroquia en un año, hechas las deducciones que expresa el artículo 4. o .
