Parágrafo 2

del artículo 5 del Decreto 1288 de 1996, el cual quedará así: "

Parágrafo 2

Si se trata de proyectos en ejecución a primero de enero de 1996, la Corporación de Ahorro y Vivienda o Entidad Crediticia que financie directamente el proyecto de construcción de vivienda de interés social, expedirá a solicitud del interesado certificado sobre avance de obra y de utilización de materiales".
