ARTICULO 3.2.4.0.3 .- REPRESENTACION DE DIVERSAS COMPAÑIAS. La Superintendencia se abstendrá de expedir una nueva autorización a las agencias o agentes que hayan sido previamente designados por otra compañía, a menos que que no haya objeción de ésta o que la agencia o el agente respectivos hayan renunciado al derecho de continuar colocando seguros o títulos de capitalización para las compañías que Inicialmente solicitaron su inscripción.
