Art. 5.° Las pensiones se conceden directamente a las personas que han prestado loa servicios, o a las viudas, los padres o huérfanos de aquéllas. Son vitalicias, si se conceden por toda la vida del agraciado, incondicionales o temporales, las que están sometidas según el caso, a condición o a tiempo.
