° Las distintas dependencias del Departamento estarán a cargo de los funcionarios que se determinen en el presente Decreto, los cuales serán responsables directos de su funcionamiento. Mediante resoluciones administrativas, el Jefe del Departamento podrá disponer que temporalmente y por necesidades del servicio, los funcionarios de una dependencia presten sus servicios en otra.
