Autorizase al Contralor General para fenecer y cancelar todas aquellas cuentas personales correspondientes a los años anteriores al de 1923, cuyo saldo no haya sido posible hacer efectivo; y aquellas que no hayan permitido deducir una responsabilidad personal por cansa de la pluralidad de los empleados que intervinieron en ellas. El Contralor General incorporará en su informe anual una relación de las cuentas que fenezca y cancele en virtud de la autorización que le confiere este artículo.
