Objeción de las Decisiones. Las decisiones de las asambleas podrán objetarse ante la Superintendencia dentro del mes siguiente a la fecha de la reunión. Esta facultad podrá ejercerse por cualquier afiliado hábil de la corporación, por el Revisor Fiscal, por el funcionario delegado por parte de la misma Superintendencia para presenciar el desarrollo de la asamblea o por cualquier persona que acredite un interés legítimo para ello.
