Articulo 111 . Se tendrá como fecha de adquisicion de un inmueble para el cónyuge a quien se le adjudique como gananciales en virtud de la disolución de la sociedad conyugal por cualquier causa, la del título debidamente registrado mediante el cual fue adquirido por cualquiera de los cónyuges. Cuando un inmueble se adquiera mediante asignación por causa de muerte, se tendrá como fecha de adquisición la de ejecutoria de la sentencia que apruebe la partición respectiva.
