Cuando el tránsito por vías fluviales haya de hacerse en balsas, champanes ú otra clase de embarcaciones menores, el Gobierno señalará los auxilios de marcha que sean necesarios ó podrá contratar el trasporte general cuando la marcha fuere ejecutada por un número considerable de Ejército. En este último caso no se concederán auxilios de marcha en particular.
