El Gobierno nacional podrá, en cualquier momento y mediante decreto, remover del listado contenido en el artículo 1° del presente decreto a los países, jurisdicciones, dominios, estados asociados o territorios a los cuales les sea aplicable o suscriban un tratado o un acuerdo internacional que permita el efectivo intercambio de información con la República de Colombia.
