Art. 191. El Poder Ejecutivo podrá encargar a dicha oficina el exámen de todos los espedientes i documentos que se remitan a la Secretaría de Hacienda en virtud de lo que dispone este Código, aumentando, en tal caso, el personal de la espresada oficina con un oficial que se nombrará al efecto, a quien asignará un sueldo que no podrá exceder de $ 1,000.
