Venta de Munición Entidades de Seguridad Privada. Las autoridades militares competentes y con el propósito de facilitar la idoneidad para el uso de armas contemplada en el artículo 78 del Decreto 2535 de 1993, podrán autorizar la venta de munición a las entidades dedicadas a la formación y entrenamiento de personal de seguridad privada, en las cantidades que para el efecto fije el Comando General de las Fuerzas Militares, en consideración a los programas y horarios de prácticas de polígono que estas programen.
