° Al tenor de lo dispuesto en los artículos 158 y 159 del Decreto extraordinario 80 de 1980, podrán establecer dependencias seccionales las instituciones universitarias que tengan reconocimiento institucional como universidad y las instituciones tecnológicas, oficiales y no oficiales, que en sus estatutos tengan expresamente establecida tal posibilidad.
