ARTICULO 56 . SUPRESION DE EMPLEOS. - Dentro del término contemplado para llevar a cabo el proceso de reestructuración del Ministerio a que se refiere este Decreto, la autoridad competente suprimirá los empleos o cargos vacantes y los desempeñados por empleados públicos cuando ellos no fueren necesarios en la respectiva planta de personal como consecuencia de dicha decisión.
