°. Determinación de medicamento vital no disponible . La Sala Especializada de Medicamentos de la Comisión Revisora del Invima, con base en los criterios definidos en el presente decreto y en la información disponible en el Invima, establecerá y actualizará en forma permanente el listado de los medicamentos vitales no disponibles. En todo caso los medicamentos vitales no disponibles que hagan parte del listado deberán estar incluidos en normas farmacológicas.
