ARTICULO 12. Adjuntos. Son adjuntos los empleados públicos que posean título de escuelas o institutos de enseñanza técnica, o que, sin ostentarlo, acrediten experiencia e idoneidad en la especialidad, mediante pruebas exigidas por la autoridad nominadora, de conformidad con reglamentación que expida el Gobierno. Los Adjuntos tienen las siguientes categorías, en orden descendente

a)

Adjunto Jefe;

b)

Adjunto Intendente;

c)

Adjunto Mayor;

d)

Adjunto Especial;

e)

Adjunto Primero;

f)

Adjunto Segundo;

g)

Adjunto Tercero.
