°. Interconexión, acceso y uso por parte de los operadores de trunking . Los operadores de trunking tendrán derecho a la interconexión, en las condiciones que defina la Comisión de Regulación de Telecomunicaciones, entidad que deberá introducir los cambios correspondientes al Régimen Unificado de Interconexión, los planes técnicos básicos y demás normas pertinentes, y lo establecido en el presente decreto.
