La suma de que trata el artículo anterior será incluida en el Presupuesto de 1960. El Gobierno Nacional queda facultado para hacer las traslaciones que sean necesarias, a fin de dar cumplimiento a la presente Ley, en caso de no ser incluida la partida correspondiente en la vigencia presupuestal indicada.
