Articulo 2° La Escuela Nacional Superior de Enfermeras, será dirigida por una experta en enfermería, debidamente reconocida, y tendrá, además, una Junta Directiva formada así: Un representante del Ministerio de Trabajo. Higiene y Previsión Social; Un representante del Ministerio de Educación Nacional; Un representante de la Universidad Nacional, Un representante de la Junta General de Beneficencia, y Por la Directora de la Escuela.
