Decreto 1280 de 2020 · "Por el cual se adiciona el Capítulo 7 al Título 7, Parte 6, Libro 2 del Decreto 1068 de 2015, Único Reglamentario del Sector Hacienda y Crédito Público, para la creación de una línea de redescuento con tasa compensada de la Financiera de Desarrollo Territorial, S.A.-Findeter para el financiamiento de la operación de las Instituciones de Educación Superior públicas y privadas para evitar la deserción en el sector educativo provocada por el coronavirus COVID-19".
