La Contraloría General de la República funcionará con, las dependencias, personal y asígnaciones que en seguida se expresan:

Sección primera-Oficialía Mayor.

Sección segunda-Jurídica.

Sección tercera-Contaduría.

Sección cuarta-Auditoria de Tesorería.

Sección quinta-Presupuesto y Crédito Público.

Sección sexta-Auditoría de liquidaciones de Cuentas, a partir del 1° de enero de 1924.

Sección séptima-Auditoría de Liquidación de Cuentas anteriores al l° de enero de 1924.

Sección octava,-Investigación.

Sección novena-Estadística.

Las oficinas subalternas de Estadística que funcionan en los Departamentos y en las Intendencias del Meta y del Chocó, continuarán con el personal que tienen en la actualidad.
