ANTICIPO DE HABERES POR COMISION AL EXTERIOR. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales que sean destinados en comisión al exterior por más de treinta (30) días, tendrán derecho al anticipo de un (1) mes de sus haberes mensuales. Cuando la comisión sea por un lapso menor de treinta (30) días el anticipo de haberes se hará por el tiempo de la comisión más los viáticos, si fuere el caso. CAPITULO II PASAJES Y VIATICOS.
