Las Administraciones Postales de la República, las Oficinas Telegráficas y las de Radiotelegrafía abrirán, a partir del primero de noviembre del año en curso, un kárdex para el registro de las nuevas direcciones, que empezarán a regir desde el primero de enero entrante. Igual cosa harán las empresas particulares que tengan licencia del Ministerio de Comunicaciones para prestar servicios postales y radiotelegráficos.
