Tres (3) meses de alta por fallecimiento. A la muerte de un Agente de la Policía en servicio activo o en goce de pensión o de asignación de retiro, sus beneficiarios en el orden y proporción establecidos en este Decreto, continuarán recibiendo durante tres (3) meses de la entidad que les venía pagando, los haberes de actividad o la asignación de retiro o pensión del causante.
