Artículo segundo. Los funcionarios que designen el Ministerio de Trabajo, Higiene y Previsión Social -Servicio Cooperativo Interamericano de Salud Pública- y el Ministerio de Guerra, para la entrega y recibo del edificio del Hospital y de los elementos de que trata el artículo anterior, deberán levantar un acta por cuadruplicado con sus respectivos inventarios, en que conste el acto de traspaso, en Mitú y Miraflores, respectivamente. Comuníquese y publíquese.
