El producto de la venta del inmueble de que trata el artículo anterior se mantendrá en depósito provisional, a la orden del Ministerio de Agricultura, para invertirlo en la compra de un terreno adecuado para las labores de investigación agrícola que se adelantan conforme al contrato de colaboración celebrado por el Gobierno con la Fundación Rockefeller.
