Lo que falta por construir de la carretera se costeará por los Departamentos que recorre la vía, con los propios recursos de éstos y con una subvención de seiscientos pesos ($ 600) por kilómetro, que la Nación reconoce y pagará al Departamento á medida que se entreguen los distintos kilómetros construidos.
