Actos De La Junta Directiva

Actos de la Junta Directiva. Las decisiones de la Junta Directiva se denominarán Acuerdos, los cuales deberán llevar las firmas de quien presida las reuniones y del Secretario de la misma.

Parágrafo 1

De las reuniones de la Junta Directiva se levantarán actas, las que serán firmadas por quien presida la reunión y el Secretario de la Junta.

Parágrafo 2

Los acuerdos y actas se numerarán sucesivamente con la indicación del día, mes y año en que se expidan y estarán bajo la custodia del Secretario de la Junta.
