Autorización de la transferencia. Los Órganos de Administración podrán abstenerse de autorizar la transferencia que se les solicite, cuando por el retiro de los deportistas se afecte la participación de los clubes en las competencias incluidas en el calendario oficial aprobado por el Departamento Administrativo del Deporte, la Recreación, la Actividad Física y el Aprovechamiento del Tiempo Libre, (Coldeportes) o por el respectivo Ente Deportivo Departamental o del Distrito Capital, según el caso.
