El auxilio decretado por el artículo 2°, en cuanto a la construcción de la iglesia parroquial será pagado al Tesorero Síndico de la Parroquia, y el destinado a la construcción de la Casa Consistorial, será pagado al Tesorero Municipal, quienes deberán rendir cuentas de las inversiones a la Contratarla General de la República.
