Art. 48. Declárase expresamente derogados los decretos de carácter legislativo dictados por el Gobierno de la República, señalados con los números 858 y 673, de fecha 12 de Diciembre de 1885 y 10 de Noviembre de 1887, respectivamente, en cuanto sean contrarios á la presente ley.
