Decreto 865 de 1988 · Por el cual se reglamenta la Ley 11 de 1979 sobre el ejercicio de la profesion de Bibliotecologo.

La tarjeta profesional de Bibliotecología deberá incluir los siguientes datos

Número de orden de la tarjeta.

Fecha de expedición.

Nombres y apellidos del beneficiario.

Tipo y número del documento de identidad.

Institución que le otorgó el título profesional.

Número y fecha del acuerdo por medio del cual se expide la matrícula profesional.

Las firmas del Presidente y Secretario del Consejo Nacional de Bibliotecología, y

Una leyenda que diga: "Esta tarjeta acredita al titular para el ejercicio de su profesión como Bibliotecólogo, de conformidad con lo dispuesto por la Ley 11 de 1979 y demás normas concordantes".
