Art 18° Vendida que sea la sal existente en esta fecha en los depósitos de Córdoba y Barbacoas, solo se dará al expendio sal del Gobierno, en los almacenes de Buenaventura y Tumaco. Con tal fin, luego que sea sancionada esta ley, el Gobierno ordenara por telégrafo que no se remita más sal a los depósitos de que se ha hablado.
