º . La oferta y publicidad de los programas académicos, además de ser clara y comprensible debe contener la siguiente información

Nombre de la institución de conformidad con el reconocimiento oficial, número y fecha de personería.

Nombre del programa y título al cual conduce.

Duración del programa.

Número de código de registro del programa en el Sistema de Información Nacional de la Educación Superior con la expresión número de registro ICFES.
