Cuando se hubieren dejado de inventariar bienes o deudas, podrá presentarse inventario y avalúo adicionales. De ellos se correrá traslado por tres (3) días, y si se formulan objeciones serán resueltas en audiencia que deberá celebrarse dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes al vencimiento de dicho traslado.

Si el proceso se encuentra terminado, el auto que ordene el traslado se notificará por aviso.

Si no se formularen objeciones, el juez aprobará el inventario y los avalúos. Lo mismo se dispondrá en la providencia que decida las objeciones propuestas.
