º. El turista que haya entrado con esta clase de tarjeta no podrá salir del país, sin el automóvil descrito en ella salvo circunstancias especiales, en cuyo caso deberá poner el vehículo a disposición de la Aduana, de acuerdo con la reglamentación de que trata el artículo 8º de este Decreto.
