Los miembros de la Junta Directiva responderán solidaria e ilimitadamente de los perjuicios que por dolo o culpa grave ocasionen a la respectiva cámara, salvo cuando se trate de miembros ausentes o disidentes. Si el miembro de Junta Directiva es una persona jurídica, la responsabilidad será de ella y de su representante legal.
