Créase el puesto de Comisario Fiscal Interventor Auxiliar de la Corte de Cuentas, encargado de la intervención fiscal en los juicios y del cumplimiento de las comisiones que le impartan la misma Corte y el Ministerio de Guerra para la busca y confrontación de pruebas documentarias en todas las oficinas públicas.

Este funcionario gozará de la asignación mensual de ciento cincuenta pesos oro ($150), y será nombrado por la Cámara de Representantes, y en receso de ésta, por el Poder Ejecutivo.
